Keep the Receipt helps you track what you bought, where you bought it, and when the return window ends. Add a product, set its return-by date, and see every deadline in one list. Local reminders fire before time runs out so you can keep the item or return it on time.
Your entries stay on your device unless you export them. No cloud account is required for the core experience.

- Log items with store name, products, return-by date, and optional purchase date

The free version includes ads. You can upgrade to Premium anytime for an ad-free experience and extra tools.
Premium
Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly — prices shown in the App Store or Google Play). It unlocks:
- Ad-free use of the app
- Export and import your entries as JSON for backup or moving devices
- Auto-itemize from receipt photos on iPhone (AI-assisted line items — review before saving)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device’s store account settings (Apple ID Subscriptions on iOS; Google Play subscriptions on Android). Payment is processed entirely by Apple or Google; PortalDash does not store your card details.
Privacy
We use Firebase Analytics (optional), advertising in the free tier, and on iPhone Premium auto-itemize may send receipt data to Google’s Gemini API. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
